After receiving your order on eBay, we immediately submit it to our warehouses for fulfillment. If you ordered an incorrect item, you may request cancelling the transaction if less than 1 hour has passed since you made the purchase, even if you've already paid for the item.
To cancel a purchase:
Go to My eBay > Purchase history and locate the item.
In the More actions drop-down menu, select Ask to cancel this order.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Please provide the reason for the cancellation.
If the cancellation option is unavailable, please email us as soon as possible.
If the cancellation is successful, the order will be refunded back to your account immediately. Please note that a cancellation is not guaranteed to succeed if our warehouse has started processing the order. In this case, you can still decline delivery when the mail carrier delivers the package, or return the unopened product back to us under your own cost for the return shipping. We will issue you a full refund after we receive the returned package.
